“We focus on providing supportive counseling services to help you in your area of need, and we are here to see that you receive proper care.”
Deep Thoughts and Wellness is a CARF-Accredited behavior health service for at-risk youth and their families.
Our staff is composed of Licensed Therapists and Substance Abuse counselors. We also have CM I’s, and CM II’s to help with client needs.
Our team is designed to provide comprehensive mental healthcare by qualified professionals who deliver the highest level of care to the children and families we serve. We take the necessary time, attention and structure to help internalize positive change.
The goal of our mental health professionals is to give families the opportunity to learn new behaviors and help them to make better choices for their children. Our staff will accomplish this task by using crisis intervention and skill building, involving the family in the children treatment and broadening the continuum of care so that children are able to avoid the trauma and stigma associated with psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment.
Clinical Director-Ranada Collins-Sims- LADC,LPC
My passion for counseling is driven by a desire to help individuals uncover happiness within themselves and their lives. Over the course of my 15-year career, I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, in a range of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and correctional facilities. I have observed that individuals frequently face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Consequently, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals heal from these issues.
Together we will uncover the root causes of your struggles, identify recurring patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, learn practical skills and techniques to effectively navigate your mental health in the long run. My dedication lies in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions, and feel genuinely understood. Your openness to learn, introspect, and commitment to therapy are essential for attaining favorable results. Should you find that our therapy is not yielding the desired outcomes, I will gladly provide referrals to other therapists who may better suit your needs.
Through my extensive training in various therapeutic approaches, I have found Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to be a highly effective treatment option for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, habits, and addiction. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a valuable tool for helping individuals identify their maladaptive patterns of thinking, emotional responses, or behaviors and replace them with more healthy and adaptive patterns.
I am a dual licensed, Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor and Licensed Professional in Oklahoma and Texas.
Therapist- LPC- Kim Redae
Hey, I am Kim Redae. I have been practicing for 7 years postgraduate as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems, but I like to incorporate techniques from rational emotive behavior therapy as well. I am experienced in providing individual, group, crisis, and family therapies. I am passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves and helping them find hope in the person they could become.
My goal is to provide a safe place to allow you to work through challenges and promote positive exploration and empowerment of yourself. I currently serve individuals ranging from ages 8 to adults experiencing struggles with different mental health and behavioral issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Crisis, and Relationship and family issues.

Therapist- LPC- Jeanetta Bussell
I worked in therapeutic foster care for 7 years and went on to a private agency where I worked with senior citizens as well as adults and children. I also worked going to other people’s homes to do therapy services. I spent the last year 2022-2023 working in a psychiatric hospital doing assessments. My calling in life is to be available to help hurting people.
I became a military wife in 1994 and had a taste of my husband being in the Navy and all that goes with it. The long “floats” that took him away for extended periods were the hardest for me. The VA became an important part of my life after that.
I became a single mom at an old age of 51 and decided to go back to college at Northwestern Oklahoma State College (NWOSU) in Alva, OK. I earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. Counseling kept calling me and I chose to go on to graduate school at NWOSU and earned my degree in counseling in 2010.
